Terms of Service

1. Services

AiOlders provides AI automation services for businesses under four subscription packages: The AI Email Agent, The Reputation Agent, The AI Receptionist, and The Market Dominator. A one-time Review Reactivation campaign service is also available.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Services are provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' written notice. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days from the start of the subscription. Setup and Onboarding fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. Setup Period & Service Activation

Most AI features are configured and activated within 24 hours of your onboarding form being submitted. However, the following features require third-party carrier approval and may take longer to activate:

  • US & Canada (A2P 10DLC): Brand approval 1–3 days, campaign approval 2–7 days. SMS cannot be sent until approved.
  • United Kingdom (KYC): Carrier verification typically takes 1–2 business days.
  • Australia (Sender ID): ACMA Sender ID registration typically takes 5–10 business days.
  • Other countries: Timelines vary. See your dashboard compliance status widget for live updates.

For The Market Dominator package, the Outbound Sales Agent configuration and Advanced ROI Analytics custom dashboard setup require a 48–72 hour white-glove configuration period. All other features in this package activate immediately upon onboarding form submission.

4. SMS Compliance Responsibility

We submit regulatory registrations (A2P 10DLC, KYC, ACMA Sender ID) on your behalf using the information you provide. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your SMS marketing practices comply with applicable law in your jurisdiction, including:

  • UK: Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR
  • US: Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and A2P 10DLC carrier rules
  • Canada: Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
  • Australia: Spam Act 2003

By subscribing, you confirm that you have a valid opt-in mechanism in place and that your SMS use cases comply with the above regulations. We do not guarantee carrier approval and are not liable for rejected registrations where inaccurate information was provided.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to send spam, illegal content, or messages in restricted industries including (but not limited to): cannabis, firearms, payday loans, adult content, or multi-level marketing. Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your dashboard or by emailing support@aiolders.com. Access to services continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AiOlders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AiOlders services. Our total liability in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in that period.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
